After a sensational year in New Zealand, David and his family are now back in Adelaide, and Left Turn is open again for business.
Left Turn has been developing it's business and training, and is ready to increase it's training, coaching and consultancy in 2020.
2020 has started with running an "Introduction to SFBT" workshop with Sonder/Headspace in Edinburgh. Sonder were looking for ideas in 'single session therapy' and they thought SFBT would be a natural fit. Sonder have since formally incorporated SFBT into its service model for low-intensity and brief interventions.
The other special thing about this workshop was that it was also attended by John Teager from Open Mind Thinking. John and David have been working together for 6 months in developing training and other Solution Focused activities. John has an interesting background in the RAF, RAAF, and the corporate world. Left Turn and Open Mind will continue to work together to develop new training, and applications of 'Solution Focus' approaches.
