Service Description

To arrange a 1:1 counselling/coaching session via Zoom all you need to do is contact us with a request and David will endeavour to schedule something for you at a mutually convenient time. This could be business hours, after hours, or weekends as required. DISCOUNTS ARE AVAILABLE TO: * Members of the ASFA (10%) * Unemployed & low-income (40%) We can provide an invoice or details for a bank transfer, or alternatively a link for payment via STRIPE.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule (either an appointment or a place in a workshop) please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Your payment will be refunded via STRIPE however they will keep a small portion of the amount as their fee. If you prefer we can reschedule but only if you notify us greater than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment in which case there will be no fee.
